After receiving a BA degree in Economics from Wofford College and a Masters in Finance from the University of South Carolina,  Bob has spent 35 years in every phase of the mortgage business. As a Loan Officer he has closed $675 million in residential loans and is comfortable working with the first time buyer to the veteran to the corporate CEO.

Residential loans at his disposal are: Conventional, FHA, VA, Construction – Permanent, 100% Financing, Jumbo, Sub-prime, Refinances, First Time Buyers, Second Homes and Investors. He also has commercial loan experience. Buie is an avid golfer, participating in SCGA, CGA and CPGA amateur tournaments in South and North Carolina.
